Not sure what show this is, but they got several things wrong about this incident:
Arroyo had a MAK-90 semi-automatic assault rifle, which is a copy of the AK-47.
3 people died and 4 others were injured.
And they didnt even mention Mark Wilson, the brave citizen who helped the officers by using his own gun (a Colt .45 pistol, which he carried legally) and engaging Arroyo, wounding him which caused him to flee the scene, but not before he killed Mark Wilson as well.
in every one of these cop shootings, there are always cops getting in the way of each others bullets... im suprised more cops arent killed by freindly fire in these situations.

Glad the officer ended the fight but jumping on the hood of the car was a horrible idea! The car has a much better "one shot stop" capability than the patrol rifle. By having him ride on the hood, the ability to use the vehicle as a weapon was virtually gone....Not to mention he was completely exposed as a target.
Again...good job ending the fight though.

No doubt . . . I think, as a marksman with a Colt Commando, getting the call about some maniac with an AK-47 put his mindstate into hero mode. When they actually showed the footage of him lying on the hood of the pig whip with his AR-15, I figured he had watched one too many episodes of [insert archetypal hero T.V. show here]. Anyway, clutch shooting to end the guy's rampage . . . shot in the back of the head like a coward deserves.

Not sure what show this is, but they got several things wrong about this incident:
Arroyo had a MAK-90 semi-automatic assault rifle, which is a copy of the AK-47.
3 people died and 4 others were injured.
And they didnt even mention Mark Wilson, the brave citizen who helped the officers by using his own gun (a Colt .45 pistol, which he carried legally) and engaging Arroyo, wounding him which caused him to flee the scene, but not before he killed Mark Wilson as well.

The shooter was wearing body armor, had our stupid gov not restricted armor penatrating pistol rds he could have stopped the shooter before it became a problem.
