@franzzsh it depends on your gains, with both feet you will be doing higher repetitions (increasing muscular endurance) however with just one leg you will be doing fewer repetitons (increasing muscular size gain)

Went to my uni's gym for the first time in a month...
thought "hey this machine looks strange what does it do"
*CALF EXTENSION!*.
so I jumped onto it,
Kept thinking "wow this is easier then it looks"
so more + more weight kept being added...
Felt disappointed+cocky during the workout as i felt nothing.
2 days later (now today) my calves have been screaming ever since...I find myself walking on my toes constantly xD

I like to do single leg calf raises on stairs. By that I mean one step of the stairs. Doing it elevated is a great workout. Nice video Scott! : )
