i've got cs4, but it should be on all versions. there's a little button that looks like 3 overlapping circles, that's the motion blur button for the entire project. click that, and you have to also click an identical button for each individual layer that you want to have blurred. if you don't see it, try clicking on the toggle/switches button at the bottom of the window.

- there is blur right, which version do you use to get that, because i'm using Cs3 and there is no blur - annoying?

I am doing a Star Wars fan film using Andrew Kramers preset and make sure you have the Lightsaber V2 in your presets folder, the COMPOSITION motion blur set as well as your layer motion blur on. Do this at the begginning or else it doesn't work, (Lock layers if using Vista 64 cause it doesnt like this preset)
