I honestly can't remember what their average length is according to the various books... but I think Alex was around 3-4ft in this video.

I've read sites that say if you have a picky Ball python to try a gerbil with it as for some reason they seem to like gerbils. Those sites could have been talking out of their butt, but it worked with my pythons.

thats because gerbils are very close relitives to the rodents that they eat in africa which is where they come from so mice and rats are a foeign thing to them a gerbil smells right at home lol

For the python I fed him whenever he was hungry... which averaged out to be about every 1.5 weeks or more.
