I have traced the flights around 6:30pm on October 28th and have found that the following airlines would be the ones who sprayed: Qantas (QFA9), Qantas (QFA765), Etihad (ETD454), Singapore (SIA211) and Virgin (VOZ565). there is a controlled network behind the spraying. Virtually every Airline around the world is behind it.

In the city of Melbourne we frequently get chemtrails however they are not as blatant with horizon to horizon ones as depicted in this video but are very sneaky and hide them in plain sight.
