he is very close to being my favourite player after watching a few of his videos, including this one. the way he plays is so smooth, so stylish. pure class.
@Toniballe1 hahahaha... if u remember the match, walcott had a frustrating night, got in advanced wide areas but his final ball wasn't always good :S they were mostly bad tbh. but he improved his crosses this season which is good to see :)
@carpenteraaaaa11 Haha, yeah, And his finishing's been so clinical as well...but the one thing that struck me in this games is that if you look at the goal i.e when sagna is crossing for bendtner, you can see Vermalaen never gives up making those dashing runs from the back into the box!!
@carpenteraaaaa11 Whatever people think of certain players, I don't think anyone deserves to be the victim of that kind of tackle. Those kind of tackles broke Eduardo's leg, Ramsey's leg, and the thing is Arse always say that people 'target' them for this kind of treatment. After the horrific leg break of Aaron Rambo, why would a Wolves player want to prove Wenger & co. right?
@omsct The thing that disappoints me the most is that first Henry laughs about it, and then when he sees red he can't take it. He has no idea what a tackle is. It's funny until you get a 3 match ban.
@omsct I just saw this comment :S.... yeah I kow. they can't stop Arsenal passes so they target the players instead of the ball. henry was involved in many horrific tackles this season. he became the face of bad tackles everywhere :P got what he deserved ;)
DID U WATCH THE VIDEO? HOW COULD U SAY HE IS OUT OF FORM IF WE PLAY HIM ON THE FABREGAS ROLE HE WILL DO WONDERS FOR US. IMAGINE Playing cm al ur life and u move to a club were football is at its best and very very tight , but u have to all of a sudden change position. WENGER idnt knw what is wrong with you Rosicky proved himself and yet u still put diaby n nasri.
wow Nasri and Denilson were horrible in the center of midfield vs. Barcelona today... Why did Wenger not put Rosicky in the center and move Nasri out wide and throw Denilson off the field lol.. but, really Rosicky didnt see much of the ball because the Center mids were too busy giving it away.. wow Messi is incredible though 4 goals wow what a performance
@jdcsoccer he didn't play well 2 I know. I kinda didn't want him to start the game after he played the full 90 min against Wolves. I wanted him to come in early in the second half. anyways, Arsenal were outclassed by the clinical finishing of the best player in the world right now. Messi. the defense was REALLY bad. no pressure from the midfield whenever Barca got the ball. if u watch the game again, watch how barca pressure arsenal. if arsenal do the same, they'd be a better team defensively.
@jdsoccer and carpenteraaaaa11 He didn't do so well because he was on the wing and the midfield wouldeither give the ball away or pass it to Walcott. Wenger really needs to use Rosicky on the left side of CM and Nasri on the right side of CM while Song plays in DM. Bring Denilson and Diaby on as subs I don't care, but if we're going to be winning matches, we need Rosicky and Nasri in the centre. The Barca game wasn't a whole bad team performance though, notice that Silvestre gave Messi 3 goals.
@yanih7 I think Wnger thinks that the midfield is not physical enough if he puts Rosicky and Nasri together. Anyways now that Cesc is gone, he has to get more of the ball. him and nasri ;)
@carpenteraaaaa11 I don't know, Rosicky's got the tackling technique while Nasri's just rough in general. Fabregas has even admitted that he needs to work on his defensive abilities. We still won't be seeing Rosicky in the centre though...
@mookiiewoo if he plays in the fabregas role more often, I'm sure he'll get 2 or more long range goals before the end of the season :P but I know he'll play on the left since arshavin is injured :S.
also made plenty of opportunities from there as would be expected from the mozart (teams shooting boots weren't on) I've often pondered that he(The W) doesn't play him there perhaps to avoid un needed competion with cesc and maybe because he puts himself around alot which isn't so good for the length he's been out..
@brickcandy one of the commentators mentioned that 4 players (Rosicky, Nasri, Arshavin) used to play in the central position before coming to arsenal, so I guess there is already competition between them, the reason why Arsene prefers to play Rosicky and Arshavin in wide positions is that they have more pace then cesc and nasri with and without the ball. (thats just what i think)
He was great. For me the man of the match was also Wolves keeper, but he was the best of Arsenal. Are you going to upload the match against Birmingham ?? It was the one before this one, and he did great too. Arsenal draw 1-1.
PD: If i'm not mistaken this is the first match he played the whole match since returning from the injury......
@tomyrosicky Yes don't worry... I'll upload the stoke, Sunderland, Birmingham and Scotland soon ;) I just really REALLY wanted to make this one first lol :P I really like Menicienne's display, he was great in Wolves Def. Midfield, made more than 5 successful tackles in the match. just brilliant, I expect him to have a great football career. and this is the 2nd match Rosicky played 90 min. 1st one was against Man city in the Carling cup 3-0 loss :S
@nickywilliams thanks ;) I'll probably use that nickname in the near future lol :S I think Rosicky will come on as a sub against Barca, its too risky to start him after he played the full 90 min against wolves.
Alright, I admit I was wrong about this game lol. To be fair I was watching it on a stream and at times it was difficult to separate the players. Rosicky was actually quite clearly man of the match and this was an absolutely brilliant display from him. At times I felt he could have tried the more incisive pass but even when he didn't he always made sure he put his teammate one on one with the defender.
@CWD4CESC LOL XD u freaking made me doubt my judgment lol. I mean when u replied to my comment in ur denilson video i was like REALLY? !!!! anyways, I'm happy that he got some of his pace back and he played his 2nd 90 min. match :) he was almost man marked by Mencienne and Henry who were always tight on him, but he still preformed well with his movement.
@narleysteve man of the match?....walcott muck up ?...wow....walcott was our best player that day...he created 3 one-on-one situations, but we failed to score in them...how can you call him a muck up?
Walcott terrorized the defenders with his pace and his final ball was quite good.....you should seriously watch the match before commenting
@fady02 not really :S walcott wasted a lot of good opportunities to cross the ball in a dangerous area for the others to score. watch the match again and count how many times walcott kicked the ball onto the player in front of him which is the most important thing for a winger to learn. anyways, he still played some good crosses now and then but mostly his balls were disappointing. he sure terrorized the defenders with his pace but no end product most of the time... sorry :S
I watched that game, he was amazing
