  • Just asking. Do upscale restaurant owners who's not an executive chef, have any knowledge in cooking. Or do they just handle to finances and hired a chef to run the kitchen? I don't know much about the restaurant business.

  • You can remove some of the cash on site and robbery issues by using systems like mymenubuddy. It was designed to address exactly some of these issues. It also gives you the cool factor. Its  a great new way to track the demographics that are actually buying from your menu
