Animusic!!! I used THESE VIDEOS to turn a 4 year old Autistic child on to music. Turns out he's not savant, but extremely talented (he, essentially played parts of Trakus, after hearing me play the beginning ONCE...at age 6, and only playing on a keyboard for 1 month)

I like the majority of this piece, but not the first segment. I'm not one for music which nearly constantly changes in tempo.

I just shudder to think of the time it took to set this all up, animate it, ray trace or shade it.....yikes! Must have taken forever and a day, and plenty of electricity. Heck, the music was probably the EASY part by far.

God this melody is great. It's an amazing animation in itself, and it's unique, but on top of being completely awesome on that level, it also has the bonus of having a fantastic and incredibly catchy melody. The last time I can really place computer generated music on the map of amazing melodies was the classic video game era, with MIDIS, and in this, it's the generated instruments. So awesome.
