man fuck cops ill say it to there face to fuck them! granted there are some great cops but majority take there responsibility to protect and serve and throw it out the window especially red deer cops.
I will walk in to a rcmp station and say that ! Im not a pussy and I dont need a gun or back up ! Im saying these things because this has happened to me ! you think I would just say these things just because I felt like it ? think about it ! canada has to know these things and the truth will make things better ! get rid of the bad apples in the system !!! once I see a cop go to jail for there crimes I will have the up most respect for them !! agree ??

They train their muscles wrong, these kind of exercises actually makes your muscles a lot tighter, which makes it harder to punch, grab, or absorb damage. The chances of getting the muscles injured is higher as well.
