According to the CIA World Fact Book Britain, despite having one of the most efficient agriculture systems in Europe, still has to import 40% of it's food.

Does that not mean our little island is overpopulated?

The huge level of food importing is more to do with changes in the food & agriculture market. Shipping apples from New Zealand instead of using local fruit, corn from the USA instead of local grains etc. Our agricultural capacity has been allowed to whither away meaning we are producing much less food in the UK than we used to. That's the key problem the 40% figure refers to, not immigration.

The present government fleece every one of us in this country to line their own pockets. So to get rid of them for a start. The BNP could only be an improvement. Britain needs to be Britain again.( I would prefer not to be lambasted, we are all entitled to our opionion, no need for name calling or insults. ) hate the liblabcon 's they have to go.... If you believe in establishing an integrated less muddled rail network more on apar with trains in Switzerland for example , or if you believe in mass project of council house building to secure fair rents for lower income families and young adults , or believe in a living wage and not a minium wage that can't realistical support a family then vote for the Green Party . Don't vote BNP they are ridiculous and as vague and alusive in their policies as a fortune cookie in its predictions
