Good content in the opening, but the hand motions need to be toned down a bit. It can be visually distracting in some instances. In other instances, the hand motions can come off as too authoritative. For the closer, the content is way less refined and more all over the place. But the closers body language and tonality is very much more inviting and compelling. An interesting council table, both can learn a lot from each other.
