@corianderthal The iPad does not need that much processing power to do these tasks and as far as I know I have never gotten a virus on any iOS device. Yes apple got attacked recently but it's only in the news because apple rarely has malware attacks at that scale in the first place. The amount of computers I have had to clean malware out of have all primarily been Windows. Zero apple products.

@ubrsmcdm the ipad has what... same level of processing power as a smartphone? good luck doing any real productivity that a smartphone can already do. if you're late on the news, malware creators are already targeting apple, and apple wants you to think such things as virii and malware don't exist on their hardware.

My ipad is always on, can multi-task and needs no antivirus while doing everything I need it to. GG
