Another story I heard was this guy was talking to his son which was a firefighter in New York and his son said "I'm going to WTC,love you dad by" his dad said "love you son" and that was the last time he ever spoke to his son. After about 5 minutes... as I was watching it live, the second plane hit. I was stunned and knew it was terrorists.

They replayed the video of the second plane striking the tower. I knew I was witnessing history and began recording the events as they happened. By days end I had 3 TV's on and 2 recorders hooked up. The clips you see mostly came from what I recorded as they happened or just after as the video was replayed.

Thanks to all who commented. I was in Rochester NY on Sept 11. On my way to work I heard on the radio about a plane hitting one of the twin towers.

I got to my business and turned a TV on. The commentators where down playing the situation and saying they believed it was a small plane. They said that small planes had hit the towers before. I was watching the tower burn and thinking to myself, that's an awfully big fire for a small plane to start.
