@FailMeNot ok here ill write everything. first u got the hotspot shield website. then u download the program. let the program setup. and then u will get a small red shield down in your taskbar. right click on the red shield then click on connect. hotspot shield will open a window for u which will say connecting in yellow. in like 10 seconds it will say connected in green.

then u can access unblocked sites.
