Alot of us Arkansans have been trying to speak up for over 20 years; myself and many others about many many Arkansas injustices! Unfortunatly we are shut up by our local law enforcement, so-called Criminal Justice System and our government officials. Just ask the families of Kevin Ives and Don Henry, John Burnett,Keith Coney, Janie Ward, Bud Tant, Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin &Jessie Misskelley, and so many others! It's a nightmare none of us can wake up from!

AR Hides in the shadows. Its a politic game they play and AR loses. Corruption/greed/politics. AR ranks at the bottom in legal matters. Until you  get involved it will remain the same. It takes courage, strength, intelligence and perseverance which most people just give up the battle.

I can understand that you'd want to get the story out,to try to bring some justice to this situation,but WHY try to mess up Mike Huckabee's run for President in the process? It wasn't his fault the way things happened here.After the Dumond thing,I imagine he was totally mortified of making another mistake.

Agreed with Huckabee being careful, BUT Huck was running on his Christianity and morals, and doing the right thing. To KNOW that someone is innocent, then to allow this man's life to CONTINUE to be ruined, for your own political gain, to me is reprehensible.

Excellent question, and this point is sometimes lost in all of the facts of the case! Huckabee is the key reason why this saga unfortunately continues today, thus the title of the video.

Don't hide behind the curtain....everybody who resided in Arkansas and who was aware of this story when it first broke out needs to speak up and speak out....what if it was your son?

Unfortunately, what this case boils down to is the word of 5 adolescent girls, with no evidence, and a vindictive father who happened to be in a position to influence the outcome. That's the problem here, the TRUTH of the case did not matter, Marcus was railroaded (evidence of him not being in the state was not allowed into court). The truth took a back seat to corrupted "justice". Nobody will come forward, because now all of the liars have something to hide and be ashamed of.

Nobody will come forward because Marcus has already served time. If they exonerate Marcus then Marcus can then, in turn, sue for wrongful imprisonment. The only thing Marcus can do now is hope the new Governor pardons him.

I assume you will issue a correction regarding the state court involved in your investigation. You reported the non-federal court involved was the state "civil" court rather than the state "criminal" court; this is incorrect.
