I think she's going to the intensive care at the end where the guy who had a heart attack was, and shot him. Since the last ssene is the shirt that the heart attack guy was wearing. She killed him because he stopped the message, her brain would interpret him as the devil against god's plan. It makes sense, and it's not dumb if you actually watch it, read the signs on the doors and watch the scene at the end.

I first saw this a couple of years ago, and it hasn't gotten any less haunting. It's disturbing, but at the same time, it's so fascinating that you can't help but look on as the girl spirals down into craziness. Brilliant work.

@vidlit Its a cop out. It allows for no real conclusion. What was an interesting story appearing to delve deep into a creative realm stops short. Rather than producing anything firm it chooses to use the old plot device of the narrator going insane blah bla blah. Same thing in PI, Open your eyes, etc...not a good ending.

Things like this work well for movies like Inception, but this wasn't well done.

@pivotdude8675309 She shot the guy who had a heart attack while he was in the intensive care ward at the hospital. She clearly thought he was a demon stopping god's message. Watch his t-shirt earlier and nice that it's the same one that's shown in the last scene before the credits, when the gun goes off.
