I began training with GM Dacscos at 13 years old in 1974...He is an awesome man with a great martial art. I love it!

This is Sifu Al Dacascos giving an intro to a series of forms to black sash in Wun Hop Kuen Do, a style of kung fu he founded in the 60's.
