  • You need better equipment to give us a better sound, but you have talent! : D

  • @AloTk1 I certainly need better equipment I agree, but trying to do my best with the limited stuff I have lol. Thanks for the encouragement btw mate, i appreciate that :D

  • Damn your good !

  • @Roach2022 Thanks man.

  • hahaha great job bro

  • HOLY CRAP ubber cool

  • @taeven11 Haha Thanks bro. I want to keep getting better. Going to post more Disturbed covers soon in 1 or 2 weeks time.

  • HOLY SHIT DUDE!!! your much better than last time i saw you!! i cant believe how much youve improved :D oh my god im so soo happyy for you! it gives me hope that even a guy like me can sign like you, because when i saw you first sing i was like " another loser whos sound sounds shit" but now! youve fucking practiced! you sound fantastic! thats the reason why it gives me hope that only if you practice you can actually get better even in SINGING!

  • @Rokkaan Thanks a lot, I appreciate the compliments. I agree with u; when I first started out I wasn't very good but then hardly anyone is a born singer. We all have to start somewhere! YES, I've def practised a lot :D but that is not enough! I've been taking singing lessons for the last 2 years; they have helped enormously! Also been practising scales on a keyboard & doing breath support exercises to give me more power when I sing.

  • @Rokkaan Learning singing is not an easy job my friend, but if you are dedicated enough, there's no reason why you won't improve XD!

  • wow dude ur awesome!

  • @backsideheelflip1 Cheers bro. Thanks, that means a lot :D!

  • Oh, I'm just on my second college semester for my music degree. I've found it helps ALOT, especially with private voice lessons, you attack YOUR bad habbits, and work to improve your vocal technique. Granted, singing art songs are WAY different from singing things like Linkin Park, but certain aspects can be carried over, lol.

  • @spiritofthewolves88 Nice, keep it up! I cannot agree with you more mate. I am still getting traditional Indian vocal lessons from my teacher. Now that music and Heavy Metal (*chuckles*) are as far apart as it can get. BUT, the most impt thing to learn is how to sing and if you know the basics then you can develop your skills further to match whatever genre you want to sing!

  • Damn, where have I been since you've been practicing? Lol, college. But you've gotten a lot better with using melodic vocals and then adding the harsher sound that Draiman adds with it. I'm very impressed, keep up the great work.

  • @spiritofthewolves88 Thanks mate. Good to hear from ya after a long time. What course you doing in college? I will be starting my 4th & last year in university next year lol!

  • duuuude, this one is a lot better indeed!

i did enjoy listening to this one, and i can see progress here compared to your old distured cover(s). my congratulations, mate :)

you can't beat the high notes, and they are usually the most for me as well. your grit is not too good yet as well, but i can hear you'll get where you're heading 100%

keep up the good work and drop me a line in a while with your need vid :)

  • @MichaelRybak Thanks a lot mate! It means a lot coming from you as I value your opinion very much :D I will keep on working on my voice, let u know if I post anything new. BTW, you should cover some songs from Asylum yourself mate; I know you'll do a great job!

  • @needaband89 sure, keep it up! as for me — i'm more into Godsmack right now, but i'll sure do a Disturbed a bit later :)

  • oh and also is there any chance you could cover the song Asylum? its me favourite from the new album :)

  • brilliant m8, can't believe i've only just found this vid! this is one of my favourites from Asylum cos it speaks to me, it is a true song of heart break

  • @Wardog261291 Thanks Adam. I cannot agree more with you; I wanted to capture the true essence of the song, that's why I tried to sing it with feeling and also added harmonizing to hit those David notes lol. I am glad you like it! And about Asylum I love it too..... It's the best song in the album for sure & rest assured mate, I will cover it sometime. Just need lots of practise to get the right rhythm & flow tho, as the vocal delivery is quite complex!!

  • @needaband89 s'alright m8 take ya time :) can't wait to hear it when you upload it

  • Wow! good job on getting the mic better. You can definitely hear a difference in quality, and I think you did an excellent job as well! The harmonies sounded pretty good too! Keep it up.

  • @Tatarraan Thanks bro, I thought I will try more challenging stuff like harmonizing and stuff as I get more experienced at recording vocals lol. I am glad that it worked out well and you like it!

  • Your mic is better now!! It sound much better man, congrats. This song is one of my fav´s in the last album as well. How about you try with Innocence?

  • @zeramino Thanks buddy. I am happy I did a good job with this one. Did you like my harmonised vocals lol? I had to record myself twice to do the primary & the secondary vocals and then I integrated them together. MAN, I LOVE the lyrics + intensity in Innocence... I will def give it a shot in the future!

  • Well yes... this time the result with your new micro is better :)

And I like your Disturbed-covers the most ^^ Greetings

  • @TitusLinde Thanks Erika. Greetings from me too. Do you have Facebook lol? Add me if you do - my full name is Shounak Sarkar :D!
