good filming and glad you guys seemed to jump into parkour and like it! if i may give a few tips

First of all don't worry about tricking it isn't even technically parkour (not that its bad i do it and it looks great) you don't need it and there are better things to focus on. 2 don't try and progress at anyone's level but your own allot of people try to shoot up really fast and end up injuring themselves or long time injuring themselves. lastly the most important thing you should work is Form!!!

work on it!, uh.. heres some helpful advice! be fluent! through this video you would run fast, and slow down when you tried a small parkour move! keep the speed even..thats what parkour is about!(: also learn more tricks!, basically all you can do "so far" is vaults! thats ok! but learning more is always a good thing!, once you get good enough! with flips, vaults, wall runs, freestyle, and balance! try and join a parkour team! i joined a professional team called "Reaching" so..yeah(: goodluck!

Good video but you should really work on being more fluent and creative with your movements. try learning different types of vaults. a good variety of vaults plus the ability to do them smoothly and quickly is the best way to start when beginning parkour. it also looks sweet on video. another good tip for making clips is to get multiple angles of the same shot even if ou only have one camera just redo the clip at a few different angles it works great for me. gd luck with training. god bless

Overall, this is a job pretty well done, but there are three major errors I would like to point out.

#1 Sound design. Yours is nonexistant, and sound makes a big difference.

#2 Camerawork. There is some shoddy stuff going on here, as well as strange and boring angles, and missed opportunities for great shots.

#3 We didn't see both runners in the same shot until around 2:00 in. You can alternate, but only for about 30 seconds. After that, we lose a sense of urgency; it seems like separate scenes

This was quite entertaining, my one opinon would be to work on the acting a little more. If it was a serious chase sequence, make the actors look more"alive", mabye have the guy in the front look back a few times to look for the chaser. The actors should put more energy and flare to it.
