@gdcod3player LOL, it gets 390hp and 407tq around 3800-5600rpm's The hemi has the best power/economy ratio and puts out gobs of power and makes 20mpg hwy. It slaughters any other half ton truck engine in these areas. The only engine that has slightly more power in a half ton is a chevy 6.0l and it's just a bored over engine with bad mpg and bad power/economy ratio.
The Dodge 6.1L HEMI destroys chevy and Fords 6L engines power/economy wise.
i have a 2004 reg. cab short bed hemi w/ k&n cold air intake, gibson cat-back exhaust, and a diablo predator programmer... i ran a 14.00 at my local strip... so i can see this guy pulling off a high 12... congrats, man!

youd never think it but from experience those hemi rams can beat the living shit outta most anything even dodges own hemi cars my guess would be a better gears and tranny compared to the cars.

Mine with aftermarket bolt-ons and superchip runs 14.3 in quarter with two fried o2 sensors i can see his runnin high 12
