Didn't get my Comcast bill on time this month. Billing date is 1/21/11. Called the company and was told my balance due is $150. It is $127 every month no variations. The rep I talked with had a heavy Indian accent. Couldn't understand his fast talk until I forced him to slow down. Like a robot he kept saying he will send a copy of my bill today. It was all I could do to get this monkey to note an extention of time to pay on their records. That will give me time to watch "Three Men and a Baby....

These guys are scumbags. In 2007 they terminated our internet saying we used it too much but refused to define what that was (they do now after we fought back). And now we're ok with letting them get bigger and abusing more people?

Just say no. And NO, we were using bittorrent legally , Hulu Legally, Miro Legally and so on. Don't ASSUME it was bad stuff when you have no clue (yes, I've heard it all I think).

While I am very much against the merger and definitely not a fan of Comcast, I am somewhat disappointed by this video's sensationalist nature and the lack of links to informative articles and/or supporting evidence of the claims they make. It provides people with little ammunition with which to become more informed and encourages people to make unsupported claims and amounts to little more than name calling.
