why is the 4S signal 1 or 2 bars the whole time? if your gonna try to put up a video you should at least make sure both have their best signals

LOL wtff dude when I test my inspire connection i get 5 Mbps or 5.85 at most, maybe u put some shitty sim card in the inspire 4g?

@Celledral umm yess they do if u get a 4g sim card service it'll be faster if you buy a cheap standard phone from at&t and use the sim on the htc then it'll be slow

@Celledral your on different locations on each phone...go on same location and do the test... on my samsung galaxy s2 LTE i get 54.56mbps download and 10.40mbps upload...

I just did the test twice on my 4s one with wifi and one with our with out wifi my phone ran a 3.41 download and 1.65 upload on wifi a 22.29 download and 6.15 upload I think the phone is great I mean if you don't like it there is no need to bash it bc you personally couldn't creat something half as great as this phone or any phone.

Wow I'm not hating on the 4s but I think Apple should just wait and take out a phone worth buying. C'mon the inspire isn't even new or running on 4g and it still beats the 4s, that's just sad

4S is much better coa it only had 2 bars and it was much better but 4G had 4 bars and less download speed.

The reason the iPhone had lower bars of signal than the inspire was because the iPhone was using a different cell tower than the inspire. The way the AT&T network works is pretty cool. Your phone is automatically placed on the tower with the least congestion. So you can be right by a cell tower and have weak signal because the network is self balancing to keep calls an data speed consistent

wow i just did this on my inspire, for the download i got 6.06mbps an the upload was 1.09 inspire>iPhone

If you can see on the video the 4g has a full bars and iPhone 4s only 2 or 3 bars the test is not going to be the same

o ok.. any chance you can do a video on LTE vs the IPhone 4s? I'm usually on the go so I would like to see the difference between buying a 4S vs an Android LTE phone

@2415Jan i tested the LTE on the Thunderbolt and it is extremely fast, 7mbps +, but certain areas are not LTE equipped so you drop back to Verizon 3G, which is around 1mbps
