@griffithksa2 Im working as a cashier in a retail store. Not in my field, and dont bother studying it if your deciding to study it or not. Go into the science field instead, anything. they dont have better outlook either but at least ur not looked at like a crook if ur not working.
@wittynameguy i wish u answer me Earlier ,because i apply for scholarship 3 week ago i choose finance major. i can't transfer to another major. i know my abilities i can't go into science field because it's to hard for me . there was only 3 majors when i applyed for scholarship Marketing 2- finance 3- Accounting. if i major in Accounting i well find job , but i am not good in math and the job well be very boring and that will lead me to a unhappy life. my English is bad i know.
@griffithksa2Sorry i didnt do it sooner. But i work these odd hours that just burn me out. Well, im like you i guess, when i graduated High SChool, i sucked at science, but i was good in Math, so i went with business. Are you just starting college? If so you will be fine, hopefully economy has gone up by then. It was hard for me because i graduated in 08 when the economy took big hit and entry level jobs were being taken by people laid off from other places with years of experience. .
@griffithksa2 Marketing is tough because lots of competition and tons of people with Marketing degrees because its an easy major. It mainly involves sales so nothing big. Accounting and Finance are both difficult, where accounting you have to remember rules, laws and prrocedures, finance is more formulas and equations. Accounting deals with record keeping the past, finance is about analyzing numbers for the future.
@griffithksa2 Feel free to Private message me any questions or advice i can help with. I recommend u stick with finance, if u think u can double major in Acct do it, if not, just do well in Finance and Minor In Acctng....Most importantly though, get an internship as soon as u can, keep an eye out for those in your last 3 years of college.
