  • beautifully arranged.. I must say this is very good performance.. I don't give a shit whether there's delay or not.. music is supposed to be felt.. and right now, being a complete moron on playing piano...although I sing, but I have no knowledge of piano.. therefore, like an unbiased jury, I give this one 10/10!! for sheer truth and brilliance

  • Your transcription is too good. I really love it. I want to play this masterpiece like you.

  • those chords are black magic

  • On a piano, each note and chord dies away (the viration of the strings diminishes) ; how then to make crescendos on held notes? Impossible...

  • thats true and I think that that is a very important thing for wagners music

  • Thank you. This is very well performed. The only other piano transcription of this prelude was an amature on an out-of-tune piano.

  • The "Tristan" prelude may very well have been the first jazz piece of all time... some of those chords -- WOW (Wagner, O, Wagner!)

  • @JackBlair2 I'd check out Beethoven's last piano sonata for the first jazz piece of all time ;) So strange to hear that far back!

  • Sencillamente, hermoso. Cuanta pasión desbordad en unos momentos es excepcional.

  • liszt has only trancribed the liebestod , not the prelude

    look for zoltan kocsis transcription

  • 1:27/28 too much delay between the 2 hands.1:46 ,the "G" is wrong.2:40 the "A Major" is wrong.3:14 you noticed the wrong "D minor"!Try the Liszt transcription , closer to the original score.

  • Thank you for your attention.

My performance is free play of score.

I have not seen the arrangement of Liszt yet.

My 2 (NIPPON) hands are insufficient in order to perform score.

Therefore, I play often delay and appoggiatura sound (1: 46) .

But, this is one method of bringing close to the atmosphere of the actual orchestra.

    (2: 40) my score, it is A7-dur on E.

    (3: 14) I am flying to tact 92 in d-moll.

  • @megatchol Except for the fact that Liszt never arranged it, you pretentious pillock...

  • @cziffra1980 Hey man!Have more sex ,yu'll be less aggressive! if yu don't respect people ,it's your own shit! But respect the Music ever! And evenLiszt didn't made the transcription of all the opera, open your ears if yu can ...

  • @megatchol I do respect most people. However, I don't respect YOU for talking down to the poster, in such a pretentious and ill informed fashion. You basically said to the poster that something that does not exist is better than what he has done. And you expect to be treated with respect?

  • Freaky , I' sorry and those "crabs hands "don't play the real chords many times ....and the real notes as well ....

  • interesting

  • Hey nice work. Would have been pretty cool to see the big scalic lead up to the big tristan chord but as a "weekend pianist" i imagine it would be difficult. I dont play piano but im studying this piece n ur version sounds great. Love the beginning glance motif

  • I opened this performance to the public in only small idea.

"Tristan and Isolde" is interesting even if with the piano, and my Macintosh brought a Crab's performance by "Mirror's effect". This is not a plan but an accidental discovery.

I am just weekend pianist, so I hope that you play full "Tristan and Isolde" with the piano.

    Thank you!

  • good job, I'm no speak and writte very well english, but I hope that you can undertand me. Just in this moment y I'm study the prelude, and I think that you must public the complete prelude, is very interesting listeng all the prelude in a moment. but your jobs is very well, ¡¡¡¡¡congratuletions!!!!!!!

  • This is not an arrangement for the piano, but a free scorereading. Thank you!

  • does that mean that you just played it from looking at the score, becuase if so it was rather good

  • Pretty good, but, I have a question...which transcription is this?

  • Hans von Bulow
