you dont know enough about the subject of etherium or monatomic gold to make a coment,it is not gold as we know it and not suppressive, its a super conductor, its a new science and we must get closer to the atomic level of things rather than the cruder.food as we know is just as much conditioning and habit, man cannot live on bread real word (food) alone.
I like the fitness shows, even though I'm too sick to do any of them. I like to think that when I get healthy enough to start excersizing, Renegade Health Show tells me how :D
But maybe have more fitness-shows aimed at people who aren't healthy would be an idea to make more people watch it?
If people feel something is too hard for them, they have a tendancy to give up without even trying it first.
Kevin, I do benefit from your exercise shows.....once every couple of weeks would be great. I like how you bring in different folks with different techniques. Thanks.
i enjoy the fitness shows. i've only been watching for a few months , and of the fitness shows, my favorites were the ones with practical exercises - the one with the bootcamp body weight exercises that the guy had Annmarie doing, and the one the other day with the flexible tubing.
Yes - I would like fitness shows, for females too! and what to eat while doing them, extreme sports, easy hiking foods, etc. I am into all these and would love more info
for fitness i have been doing toning youtube videos. i found them very good. if you could do something basic like that, but i love to see the other intersting stuff you do.
I love the fitness shows! I also love the Q & A shows. I don't like the recipe shows because most of them deal with a vitamix and I don't have one. So I just don't even watch those any more.
Regards to your question: I never watch the fitness videos. So I will not miss them.
On a superficial notice: Your knowledge would project stronger and reach more people if you clean up (buzzcut your hair and clean shave). Mainstream people don't take "hippie looking people" serious. No offense. =)
I didn't watch the fitness show - perhaps I would like it if I did, but I have to be honest, I'm not drawn to them - I've always been one of those nerds that avoids jocks, but do the shows if they feel right. Maybe you just need to sell the fitness shows better - cross the gap between nerds that have never had a gym membership and people that drink protein powder and wear spandex in public.
As a newbie here, not so much a comment about the fitness shows, but with the "in the kitchen" video's, it would be super helpful to have the basic recipe printed out on the side bar. That would be most appreciated.
Personally I would prefer more recipes. However I appriciate everything you guys show, and 99% of the time I end up learning something, which is the reason I keep coming back. And I DID learn something from the show yesterday. I wouldn't be opposed to more fitness shows, but personally I'll admit I dont usually follow anything in them. But maybe thats just me

Agree with your point on gold and the need to rely on fruits and veggies.

I like the fitness shows but not so much when they start to remind me of an infomercial.

It's not listed on the site, but has 'Kevin's Super Delicious Super Smoothie Powder' been tested for an ORAC score?
According to Brunswick Labs a score of 850 is equivalent to 1 serving of fruits/vegetables.
I currently use Berry Green, which has a score of 4000, but it tastes a bit earthy..

I am fatigued. i have been wondering about minerals, such as calcium. I used to eat a lot of natural yoghurt before going raw.
But, I have been reluctant to supplement with calcium because David Wolfe adamantly recommends never to take calcium supplements.
Otherwise I would take a multimineral to see if it helped me feel better.
Do you think calcium supplements are dangerous? Do you think everyone can get adequate calcium from seeds, greens, sea weed ?

Fitness shows once a month would be nice.

I personally don't care for fitness shows. once a month seems fair to those who do. I really like the recipe shows.

I hate shaving. I have never been able to figure out why many people think it is so important.
