It's not about if it's "real" or not, is that its an error in the filming. They're supposed to avoid stuff like that. But then again this is a deleted scene so it doesnt really matter.

Agreed. It could be that they spotted it and figured it'd be cheaper to edit out in post production than pay to remove for filming. Since it never made it into the final release, it'd make sense not to pay extra to edit it out.
