The problem I am displaying is the fact the Bible does not say what it means and that many Christians have a tendency to label mere coincidence as a "miracle". At the end of the video I show Father Coyne discussing this problem and how he addresses it by rejecting personal miracles. You're one of the few Christians I have talked to that rejects large portions of the Bible as being manipulated, as you should. This video is directed at those other Christians, who don't.

No "manipulation" that can actually hinder any who truly seek, because that which is leading them to the Truth within them cannot be prevented from doing so. Just because words provide inspiration doesn't mean the message is accurate or even correct. I am sure many Nazis found Hitler's words in "Mein Kampf" to be inspirational, although the message itself was detrimental. Contrary to popular belief, even in so-called churches, there is no power in prayer. God is healing today. It is the wrong question, to ask why He is not. If people are not being healed where you are at, they lack knowledge, because the Word of God says, my people perish for lack of knowledge. Jesus said many times, according to your faith be it unto you. Just about all things are by faith. God made the heavens and the earth by faith, Hebrews 11. Science is knowledge. Consider that you can't have faith beyond knowledge. And to be clear, faith is based on the Word of God. The Word says faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God....but I would say to you, disbelief and doubt can come by the theories of men.
Jesus Said many times, be it to you according to your faith. If you don't know what faith is, most people don't, look it up in the Word, get a concordance, and look up every place where God uses this word, to get the full meaning.

Healing needn't be physically it can mean spiritually too. So if you dont see anything physical it doesn't mean they are not healed. When in distress mentally where do we get our comfort from evolution? Thats when God comes in to regain sanity. Try God and Enjoy Life to its fullest!!!
The Bible explicitly says, "Ask and you shall receive." But God never answers the prayers of the mentally or physically handicapped. How do you expect a child born with mental retardation, who cannot even grasp the idea of God, to be healed spiritually? Why won't God just heal the poor child so he CAN come to understand God. Assumption 1: God has never healed an amputee. Jesus healed lepers, some of whom we may assume had lost digits or facial features. Also, there is the case of the man with the shriveled hand, the restoration of Malchus's severed ear , not to mention the fact that Jesus raised the dead which would undeniably be even more difficult than healing an amputee.
I want scientific evidence, not stories from the Bible. Anyone could write whatever they want in the book and claim it as fact. Words are not evidence. The Bible states, "Ask and you shall receive", so provide me scientific evidence within the last decade where a Christian, Muslim, Jew or ANYONE with a physical or mental deformity has been completely restored, a condition which would otherwise be impossible to heal on its own.

If there is a 99% chance of a bad result they still expect 1 in every 100 patients to have an unusually good one, regardless of any divine intervention. Assumption 1: God has never healed an amputee. Jesus healed lepers, some of whom we may assume had lost digits or facial features. It takes an individual such as a Jesus rising sufficiently in Consciousness to dispel the illusion. Jesus never asked God to heal anything, because he knew it is the conscious realization of the presence of God that is the healing agency. There is nothing to "receive" from God but God Itself, and no answer to any other prayer but that for God alone.

If there is a 99% chance of a bad result they still expect 1 in every 100 patients to have an unusually good one, regardless of any divine intervention. Probably a double miracle, because god knows that the doctor needs to provide for his family, so he basically gives somebody a six figure job, (while the patient struggles to pay back for all the very expensive surgeries and treatments), using the knowledge god bestowed upon him, as he studied for years upon years to acquire. A true deciple knows what Jesus is saying about asking anything in my name. He's talking about doing miracles to boost the faith of others in Him. Becoming impregnated with the Holy Spirit covered recieving salvation. Once impregnated with this spirit one or more of the seven talents is giving this person.
