@madde78273 It doesn't. The Traxxas VXL is far too weak to have in a heavy E-Maxx.

@mozez80swe I have the vxl in an extended 1/6 scale e-maxx running with 8.4v nimh and despite the huge ABS ford shell and weighing in at a healthy 11 pounds it's still pulling the same speeds as a standard Stampede XL5 although will admit waiting for enough money to go with a bigger motor check my vids and see what you think!

@MrLarzzon13 Thanks, I didn't really ever had it full throttle. It's a beast. It was stock gearing so I'd assume around 40-50km/h.

Thanks, I don't know how the 4465SL motor would do on a Maxx. I think you will be happy either way. I am running 4S Lipo on 4900mAh, 20C. And it's too much power.

With no punch control and a trigger happy throttle, you will be on your back all the time. This is more than enough.
