  • Not all american toilets have the water level in the bowl come up that high . Mine bareley covers the drain. This toilet is for the 1960s or 70s. And thats how they made them back then. And not all of the swirl either. Mine dosent mine just dumps all the water out the front.

  • you have not seen the European counterparts then. This calls for extensive rim-to-waterlevel studies then, will do some measurements next time I'm in the US. I've just checked it here and it's 10 4/10 inch from rim to water. But when you grew older and travel around a bit in the US you will see (or feel) what I mean.

    I guess the water level is so high in US toilets to discriminate black people ... just kiddin

  • the water level in most U.S. toilets is not as high as you say it is unless the toilet was clogged of something Iv'e Lived in the U.S. all my life.
