Hi, I'm a US ham operator... nice graphics but. From that 3d plot, something is WAY off in your numbers. The plots for a corner reflector shouldn't have much RF on the backside of the reflector... realistic front to back ratios usually exceed 30db and the forward gains should start at about 12dBd. I'm sure once you get it dialed in you'll get a decent antenna but as it looks now the reflector is probably not solid enough (>1/4 wave spacing) I didn't look closely at your numbers.
