I noticed that you have some shifting of your hips and some inward deviation of the knee when you were doing your single leg squat. As well as some excessive forward lean while doing your overhead squat. Remember to keep proper parrell alignment with the knees while doing the overhead squat by trying to maintain your inline with knees, you should not be leaning over your toes. ^_^
@martysgirl228 i noticed that also that his knee was going outward. and his OH squat was going excessively forward. he just might have some over active muscles that he need to balance out. hell be good
