In response to maxhodges and AllseeingEyes137 - while this is a great montage for a great movie, this is by no means hard.

All he really did was layer a few film clips over one another, decrease the opacity or add a transparency filter, adjust the speed of a few clips, chroma-key out a background or two, and adjust the saturation.

This can be done by anyone who has a simple editing program and knows how to use a keyboard and mouse. I'm not too fond the of the music... but the montage is good.

I'm guessing this was edited on AVID or a similar program.

I personally prefer Final Cut Studio - in terms of side by side comparison, AVID doesn't cut it. And once you have Final Cut down pat, it's really not that difficult to use. AVID had a lot of compatibility issues and isn't as smooth as FCP.
