@kyrtos514 Actually the term was used in a Johnny Cash track called One Peice at a Time. Wrote by Wayne Kemp, telling how a "Pyschobilly Cadillac". The Cramps just put Psychobilly on the flyers to drum up business, the first true Psychobilly Band was the Meteors :)
