I prefer now to take a walk, read, watch a movie, listen to music, stretch, exercise, etc...to calm my nerves. I choose not to dull my senses, I want them while I still have them, maybe later. -fruit smoothies

-(detox) teas

-organic veggie soups

-homemade organic hummus
