RFID is a red herring. They would need voluntary participation which even the sheeple brained morons would find intrusive. No instead biometric data will achieve the same ends with more accuracy and reliability and it requires next to no consent. So when thumb scanners are installed virtually everywhere you will either comply or starve. They want you to fear RFID while you are busy uploading your biometrics to things like facebook for their use. Wake up!!

Ok...I just phoned Barclays bank and they said ...the card can only be used that way for a payment of up to £9 at a time....so I said....whats to stop someone stealing the card and using it at several outlets at £9 a time?......he said.....it can only be used that way for transactions up to £40 in one day. This is a gimmick and as far as I am concerned is useless and insecure. If I had one and someone stole it they could use it 4 times and get £36 of my money. Can you say CON!

I don't have credit cards...don't believe in them but I have a debit card and at the moment I have to enter a secret pin number for it to work......if this guy in the ad dropped his card whats to stop anyone from using it?....Think I will phone the bank and find out.........

chillart22, why would you want to remove a chip from your cats that simply has an ID number on it so that if your cats are lost or injured and are taken to a police station or vets or the RSPCA they can call you and you can get your pet back? Both of my dogs are chipped and in a world where pets are very often stolen it's a good idea and is not the same as the chip in this video. All a pet chip does is make sure that your pet is registered to you and you can be contacted if they are lost.

infadel13, No never heard of a single case of that. All my animals have always had an ID chip. My 2 dogs have chips and all 8 of the puupies they had were chipped. They can't even chip a peodophile at the moment it's against Human rights and International law although I actually think that would be a good idea. I would not ever have a chip that tracks me but then they may have the technology but it would be impossible to track every Human on the planet even with the chip.

@beltanebabe55 not too informed on the topic, but I have never known anyone to have a pet stolen. What would someone want with a stolen pet? If they did steal the pet, how would the microchip ever be scanned without this new owner's consent, other than the unlikely situation that they would run into someone who noticed and knew the pet belonged to someone else. Why isn't a dog tag sufficient? Just curious.

wasterelli, I don't know where you are but in the UK people will steal intact (for breeding) pets to breed from. I was walking my Springer Spaniel bitch and was approached by a Gypsy who asked if she was intact..if a pet is stolen and bred from it will be dumped when no longer useful. At least the owner has a chance to recover it then, or if there is a dispute re ownership a chip will prove it. I would never not chip one of my Dogs because I love them and don't want to lose them.

I have never heard of anyone with a pacemaker getting cancer around it....or contraceptive implants. I think if it was happening there would be a lot of people making a noise about it.
