A wonderful song, sang in Slovenian, the meaning is "Without a Word". And I am very sorry, but as you have entered to compare (in my opinion they don't have anything to do each other), even they are two awesome songs and I like both of them, I like this one even more than "Eres tú", which is more repetitive and simpler in chords and melody. "Brez Besed" is musically much more complex, and presents more interesting difficulties when being read the score, included some exotic less usual chords.

"Eres tu" has some similarities to this, but hardly a "copy" or a plagiary.

To state this as a "fact" just shows lack of musicality and/or misguided nationalism.

Mi-Sol-Do-! These three musical tones are the beginning pitches of Brez Besed---and the beginning of the CHORUS section of Eres Tu. What happens AFTER those notes is what separates these two wonderful songs from each other: Brez Based: re-mi-fa-mi-re-la-ti---etc. Eres Tu: re-mi-fa-mi-re-do-mi-fa---etc. You can't claim copytight on a scale pattern, so the fact that both songs walk up and down a short scale for five notes is irrelevent. No, the notes are NOT the same. for instance, in the introduction.... the first three notes are identical, but "Brez Besed" only has two additional notes in the introduction, for a total of 5... while "Eres Tu" has an additional NINE notes in it's intro, for a total of 12 notes. and "Eres Tu" also has an additional passage after that before the singing even starts.. (the part where you hear the guitar riff right before the start of the vocals)

Los acordes iniciales sí parecen los mismos, había que ver si no son de algún tema de música clásica de los que muchas canciones de todos los géneros han tomado "prestados" algunos acordes, como en "Conteo final" de Europa, y otros tantos

sin embargo la composición de Mocedades me parece más bella
