The thing is, Dracula need some time to cast a ''Perfect'' Demonic Megido like this one. If he is hit by some Holy weapon of holy holiness (aka the Vampire killer) he won't be able to do it that powerful. Shanoa has glyph but these ain't damaging him for real as he would never die from that. (Yeaah he wasn't kiding when he said that her tricks would never kill him... exept for Dominus, niah niah niah :3)

This is completely useless, but if you have the Voltaire glyph, you can hide in the upper left corner of the room to avoid the attack, but you'll still die once you come into contact with it.

Also, even if you use AR codes to avoid the damage, once he uses his attack, it is impossible to defeat him, as using Dominus will just kill you without having any effect on him.

Vampire Killer. The Whip finishes them. Normal Humans and Peeps who are not Belmonts can't do that so they need an alternative way to finish him. In this case, it's Dominus.

Also Alucard = No Vampire Killer, Nathan Graves = Different whip that's apperently NOT vampire killer, Portrait of Ruin... You can use Vampire Killer if you WANT. And speaking of that... Bloodlines = Eric's Spear.

To be honest Ecclesia's not that great a castletroid anyway. It looks good, but it's gameplay is nowhere near as fun as the other castletroids.

Alucard: Same dark power. Dominus was derived from Dracula's power. Alucard HAS Dracula's powers.

Nathan Graves: Alternate continuity but the whip he holds is said to be the vampirekiller.

Eric Lecarde: Alucard spear is used to charge the Vampire Killer and contains similar properties.

PoR: Jonathan's primary weapon is the vampirekiller thus it is what the story would say he wielded, ignoring gameplay reasons.

Yeah, after losing so many times Dracula finally got pissed and just nuked the entire room. He tried nukes back in C64 as well, but you fight him on a giant rock platform and can dodge them. By hiding in a small room he keeps his target in the middle of the attack. Besides, as long as he's around the Castle will repair itself.

A small absurdity: if you equip Volaticus and fly to the top-right corner of the screen, Dracula's instant-kill attack doesn't reach you, and he keeps doing the attack indefinitely.

I don't THINK he's a legal target with a life total, but I haven't tested it rigorously. Anyone tried this?

Actually there is NO way you can beat his third form without Dominus because using Dominus is part of the whole gamestory and you have to use it unless you are in for some quick death at the end :| anyway kinda disappointing that OoE dont offers more endings like Aria of Sorrow or Dawn of Sorrow did.
