@hardasrock12 How to make a drop is such a vague term. Best thing to do is just listen to tracks and analyse whats going on and implement the key elements into your own tracks.

u got some crazy eq goin on there at 1.15, infact u do alot of rly heavy eqing. i usualy find that if i have 2 eq somthing that much its probably not gona work in the track, maybe u could do a quick tutorial on why and when u wana do heavy eq like that? i know u can use eq as an effect but just curios 2 hear how those individual tracks sounded :)

@TranceDood dont let that bring you down though, if you completely dedicate your time to it (as in, no other hobbies), you could get proficient after a year or two of learning

apparently thats when people like zedd and skrillex started releasing their first songs

(guys like datsik and downlink on the other hand just kinda make simple wobbles with slightly different backgrounds every time, and it only took them three/four months for that ^^) depends on how far you really wanna go, i suppose
