Thank you so much. I have a apricot tree and its very hard to fine apricot recipes. I think this one is a jewel, cheap, easy and should do well for me. Hope you can find more. As you say apricots are popular here in Europe but finding good receipes is another job in itself. Thanks, this one goes in my book for this summer. My tree is full again. Your an angel.

The Apricot Squares the oven temperature is 350 degrees F.

For the apple cake the oven is 375 deg F.

Hello Oonagh! I live in America and have an apricot tree. Just picked boxes of them. They are the kind with the sweet Chinese pits, so we crack open the nuts and eat the almond-like nuts inside.
