to be honest, then most of their interpretations are technically very simple. the idea is good, but the execution of the arranger is poor. i would rather see the girls sing acapella with a more intriguing arrangement.

I thought the same thing when i heard this song the first time, you almost can´t hear the difference between the altos and mezzos. As you say, the idea is pretty simple but very beautiful, with a couple of arrangement on the voices it can even makes me cry... haha
