Stupid pigs EXECUTED that dog for laughs, the dog was fine till these yahoos tazed her twice and caused her to ESCAPE her own yard and run. I hope those cops get executed by some crazed drug dealer the same way someday! hunted down and executed the same way, would be poetic justice for Rosie!

These same guys tried to shoot my 15 year old dog visiting the neighbor lady across the street. She always has snacks and love for her, and when the police showed up for an unrelated report my dog must have taken aback by these armed strangers. She started barking to protect her territory and if not for the actions of my neighbor my dog would more than likely been target practice for our Des Moines Police cowboys!!!!

The police opened the fence gate (without permission) and left it open allowing the property owner's dog to escape. Basically causing the same thing that they shot Rosie for. ( property owner's dog was returned by onlookers) There was a inner second fenced yard that Rosie was in. Rosie was behind TWO closed gated fences and still she was a "threat"!
