It is a great video, the only problem I see is that Jason Stathem is not in the mini series A Game of Thrones, Tyrion is blond , and the crusaders cross is not going to be found on any knight in the 7 kingdomes. Watching the video without thinking of A Game of Thrones though it is pretty great, like the music too.

But I wish it were real, A Game of Thrones is one of the best books I've ever read, it just makes me mad at how long it takes him to make new installments. For those who don't know, there are plans to turn A Game of Thrones into a t.v. series on discovery channel.

The Silmarillion - The Lord of the Rings created the fantasy genre thus I find it the strongest. Even so, A Game of Thrones was a wonderful tooling of the War of the Roses that took place in 1455-1487.  Martin's style alone sets him high above his peers--excellent.

when i first read a game of thrones (which i had borrowed from a library some years ago) i became hooked and i haven't read another fantasy novel (except presently the sword of shannara) ever since. what i like about the song of ice and fire series is that it does not follow the usual plots of most fantasy novels and the characters are much more three dimensional. i hope to live to see the end of the series.
