Purists will probably cry foul, but screw 'em. This is incredible. I've always said Blue Monday is the one song no one can remix. This is the exception that proves that rule.

I really like what you've done with this, Matt. You've changed the melody of the bassline, but somehow it still fits perfectly with the vocal. I've heard officially released mixes of songs where the same idea has been tried, but it hasn't worked quite as well.

This is amazing BUT i will say that I feel a bit like I'm committing sin while sitting in church when i listen to this. I am literally torn in two because one side of my brain completely loves this brilliant mix but the other half is completely horrified that someone has taken away the darkness of the original, lol. Really don't know how to deal with this just yet.
