  • Peo, nice piece, well played, nice sound (I detect the Pinnacle reverb ;-).

    Now that Youtube has HD, could you please upload this video in the best quality you can? I wonder what extra magic that might do to the sound.

    Thanks. My original video is not in HD so I cannot do that. Besides that the sound is not much better in HD. YouTube compresses it a lot.

    Have you seen the latest YouTube possibilities? E.g. /watch?v=P-wOEP_M0Sg

    Even when your original video is not HD, you might be able to trick YouTube into thinking it is and prevent the compression.

  • you can find this and all of the Galilei music in a book entitled Il primo libro d'intavolatura di liuto. It was published in 1620. Do a search. It is found at many libraries.
