1/ 用鼻吸氣雙腿向外打開同時前臂及胸肌用力抑制.
2/ 呼氣,用肩斜肌用力推雙腿合上同時用雙腿向外抑制.
3/ 重覆1-2 .共5次
5/ 早晚各5次.
功效:
加強肩斜肌及胸肌力量,對治高血壓有良好效果.

1/ Open the legs with the nose inspiration ,using the forearm and the chest muscle strength to suppress at the same time.
2/ With the mouth expiration, using the shoulder muscles to push the legs close and using the legs strength to suppress at the same time.
3/ Repeat 1-2 for 5 times.
4/ Practice 5 times in the morning and evening.
Effect:
Enhancement of shoulder and chest muscles and have a good effect on hypertension .
