i did not get at 3:54 the step. It was kind of hard.

For to make it easier, do (and then undo) a fold by overlapping the vertical axis of the triangle pointing down to the right half of the horizontal top base of that triangle.

Then you may use that pre-fold to obtain that step.

Look that step (and each single one of its repetitions) again and again untile you're able to figure it out: then try it, again and again.

You'll make it.

I've made it with a photo-retouch software (for example, Photoshop or similar), playing with the various plug-ins!
