Excellent singing. Never got to know that you sing so well when I was in GE working just a few cubicles away from your work place. It was infact a pleasant surprise when I bounced on your performance. Keep it up.
She is great! You need to bring her to Cleveland Aradhana, a ten day festival beginning March 21, 2008. I will attend a nadaswaram concert during the week.
you have done really a great job....I am a student doing my masters in US....I learnt carnatic music for 4 yrs...but left it due to some reasons..and now singing here in the university in few programs i can ...ur voice is really beautiful...keep going on.. :)
Thank you for your comments and all the best in your own pursuit of the carnatic music , try not to leave it as it is a gift of god to be able to sing . It is a sadana by it self to be able to sing his praise.
It is vemako lokabhi......it is usually misinterpreted by non telugu people as prematho...in fact ravemako is the word...why dont u come is the meaning...it is the contemporary telugu language in tyagarajas period......thank you...nice rendition
Thank you for your encouragement and feedback. Interesting to see how the words transform as a song moves through centuries. What is the complete meaning in the line with "ravemako". Is this pronounved as "RA"-"VE"-"ME"-"KHO" ?
Nice. Earnestly rendered. It would be nice if you could drop repeating the last lines of both the Anupallavi and the Charanam since the "Seetha" is supposed to join the Raama in the Pallavi, making it
"Seetha Raama Nannu Brovara." And a little work on strengthening the lower range of your voice would do wonders too. Wish you all the best and keep up the good work.
THANK YOU for your appreciation. Yes you are right. It is "prematho Lokapi" . It is the adhoc recording and audio quality that makes it be heard differently. Please try listening again
Prematho lokabhi ... it is not premako ... pl don't kill the sahityam and it's meaning.
mirapakay 1 year ago
@mirapakay it is "brOva-raavEmokO, lokAbhi-rAma" (emokO, like endukO) -- there is no killing of sahityam. Not by the singer at least!
