Liam is doing Good Job.. He didn't replace Andy(R.I.P). He is just filling in the position that was already empty.. He will take some time.. All he needs is one good Episode that involves spartacus emotionally.. or a great action scene like when Andy survived his execution by 4 in the arena.. I love Andy as spartacus.. Liam is just going to give his interpretation of Spartacus..

Liam is doing a great job and I'm glad that he's not trying to completely imitate Andy but.....

Spartacus used to be a pained/tortured soul, it was even present when spartacus joked around. Another thing I'm not used to is this lovey doveyness with the slave girl, I like that he kept her distant in the other season....they could've at least eased into it and she's kind of annoying now. Overall I think I'm gonna have to say good bye to this show if episode 3 doesn't do it for me.

As much as I miss Whitfields badass performance, I think Mcintyre does well in not trying to do the same thing. Acting is really difficult, and I believe he has a chance to make his own Spartacus just as well. It may turn out to be very different, but at least it would be an authentic one.

The only problem I have with Liam is that he doesn't have that cocky Spartacus attitude that Andy portrayed so well. Other than that he has done a great job.

I don't feel sorry for him like i did to andys chracter, because there's no background stry to him he has to build a completely new character because he won't match up to Andys version of Spartacus . I hate when the main character is changed at a cliffhanger part of the story too, but hey I didn't realize he died before so if that's his replacement with Andys blessing- fine. So be it. I still won't enjoy it as much as I used to though so I won't continue to watch it. The end.
