WOW....that was excellent. And sadly it is true. Will it take another Katrina for things to change?? That's a scary thought. I have never been to New Orleans but my brother goes there often on business trips. He was there about 6 years ago at Mardi Gras...said that we have no idea how far below sea level the city is. He was very amazed. He also said how hospitable the people were and that has always stuck in his memory. God Bless them all.
