Call me a non-conformist but I think the constitution of the so called "united" states, with the exeption of the bill of rights, is a terrible document that centralizes power in the hands of the federal government. unlike most, ive read the WHOLE document. Most people mistake the Bill OF rights for being "THE" constitution.  They are just a PART of the constitution.
